How AdEye, the ad intelligence tool that pulls competitors public ads into one feed, collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated 28 June 2026.
The short version
AdEye analyzes only public ad-library data, ads that are already public in the Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, TikTok Creative Center and YouTube. From you, we collect your email address to create your account, plus the account and usage data we need to run the service. We do not sell your data.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what we collect when you visit adeye.ai, sign up, and use AdEye to search public ads, read AI hook, angle and format tags, and save creatives to a swipe file. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
The ad data we analyze
AdEye works only with public ad-library data. We organize and analyze advertising that is already publicly available through the Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, TikTok Creative Center and YouTube. We do not scrape data behind a login, we do not access private accounts, and we do not collect personal data about the people in or behind those ads. This is legitimate competitive research on public advertising, not access to anything private.
Information we collect from you
- Account information. The email address you provide when you sign up, used to confirm your account, deliver your verification code and contact you about the service.
- Usage data. Information about how you use AdEye, such as the brands and niches you search and save and the boards you create, so we can run your account and apply your plan limits.
- Technical data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type and the page or campaign you arrived from, used for security, fraud prevention and understanding which channels bring people to the site.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep your name, email and message so we can respond.
How we use your information
- To provide the ad intelligence feed, the AI tags, the swipe file and alerts.
- To create and secure your account and verify your email.
- To apply your plan's tracked brands and seats and process billing in US dollars.
- To respond to support and sales messages.
- To protect the service from abuse, fraud and security threats.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Platform and competitor names
We refer to Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube as the public ad libraries we cover, and to competitor products such as Foreplay, AdSpy, BigSpy, Minea and PowerAdSpy for fair comparison. These names are used nominatively and do not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as our email delivery and payment processors, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
Account and usage information is kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit what we collect in the first place.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your account information, and you can opt out of non-essential email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
