Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of AdEye, the ad intelligence tool that pulls competitors public ads into one feed and AI-tags every creative. Last updated 28 June 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using adeye.ai, you agree to these terms of service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What AdEye does

AdEye is an ad intelligence tool. You enter a brand or a domain, and AdEye pulls that advertiser’s live ads from the Google Ads Transparency Center into one feed, tags each creative with its hook, angle and format on the paid plans, surfaces a working signal from run length, and lets you save creatives to a swipe file. AdEye does not send alerts or notifications, and does not search Meta or TikTok.

Public ad-library data only

AdEye organizes and analyzes public ad-library data only. The ads in your feed come from sources that are already public: the Google Ads Transparency Center. AdEye does not scrape data behind any login, does not access private accounts, and does not collect private or personal data. The service is legitimate competitive research on advertising that is already public, not a tool for accessing anything private or restricted.

Platform and competitor names

Platform names such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and YouTube, and competitor product names such as Foreplay, AdSpy, BigSpy, Minea and PowerAdSpy, are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them nominatively, to describe the public ad libraries we cover and to compare products fairly. Their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Acceptable use

AdEye is intended for legitimate competitive and creative research by marketers, media buyers, creative strategists, brands and agencies. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with the laws, rules and policies that apply to you.

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Copy a competitor's ad creative or brand assets in a way that infringes their rights.
  • Engage in deceptive, infringing, unlawful, harassing or otherwise harmful activity.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
  • Resell or redistribute the service or its data except under an Enterprise or API agreement with us.

You are responsible for how you use the ads, insights and exports the service provides.

Your account and content

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. The boards and notes you create are yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them to you. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

AdEye is offered on paid plans sized by the number of searches a month. An account is a single login; AdEye does not currently sell additional seats. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also move to a larger or smaller plan from the same billing portal, with the difference prorated over the remainder of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep AdEye available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service. The public ad libraries we draw from are third-party sources that change over time and outside our control, so coverage of any given ad or brand can vary.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The working signal and AI tags are informational and based on public data; you are responsible for your own decisions and for ensuring your use of the service and its output complies with the policies that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdEye and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
