TrendTrack pricing is $49, $89 or $159 a month on monthly billing for Starter, Pro and Business. Quarterly billing takes 15 percent off ($41, $76, $135 a month) and annual billing takes 30 percent off ($34, $62, $111 a month). Enterprise is a custom quote. The detail most reviews miss: Starter includes no ads library at all. Ad search across Meta, Google and TikTok starts on Pro, so the real entry price for ad research is $89 a month, or $62 billed yearly.
Search for TrendTrack's price and you get three different answers. Several review and affiliate pages list Starter at $59 and Business at $149, others lead with "plans from $42", and the vendor's own terms of service still mention plan names called Starter and Premium. The numbers in this guide come from TrendTrack's pricing page, which publishes each price for all three billing periods in its page data, and from its current terms of service for the refund and renewal rules.
How much does TrendTrack cost?
TrendTrack costs $49 to $159 a month on monthly billing, $41 to $135 a month on quarterly billing, and $34 to $111 a month on annual billing. Three plans are self-serve and one, Enterprise, goes through sales.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly (per month) | Annual (per month) | Users included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $41 | $34 | 1 |
| Pro | $89 | $76 | $62 | 1 |
| Business | $159 | $135 | $111 | 3, then $29 per extra seat |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing, contact sales | Unlimited | ||
Over a year the billing choice moves real money. Pro paid monthly is $1,068. Pro on annual billing is $744, a saving of $324. Business goes from $1,908 to $1,332. Starter goes from $588 to $408. Annual billing only makes sense once you know the plan fits, because, as covered below, refunds are close to nonexistent.
What does each TrendTrack plan include?
TrendTrack is an ecommerce intelligence tool first and an ad spy tool second. Its plans are built around four modules (Shops, Mail, Ads and Advertisers) plus quotas. This is how the comparison table on the pricing page splits them.
| Feature | Starter | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shop search and shop analytics | Unlimited results | Unlimited results | Unlimited results |
| Ad search (monthly ad results) | Not included | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Ad libraries included | None | Meta, Google, TikTok | Meta, Google, TikTok |
| EU ad reach and spend, search by image | No | Yes | Yes |
| Advertisers (monthly page results) | No | 2,000 | Unlimited |
| Email flows / campaigns per month | 20 / 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Lookups | 5 a week | 30 a week | Unlimited |
| Brandtracker brands | 2 | 10 | 20 |
| API and MCP access | No | 20,000 credits, 20 requests a second | 20,000 credits, 40 requests a second |
Brandtracker is TrendTrack's competitor watch list. It tracks a store across ads, emails, traffic and products, refreshes its Meta ad tracking every 24 hours, and on Pro and Business adds daily reach and spend for brands advertising in the EU. TrendTrack says spend figures come from Meta's own transparency data and store traffic is powered by Similarweb, which is worth knowing: the EU spend numbers exist because European rules force Meta to publish them, and there is no equivalent for ads shown only to US users.
Does TrendTrack Starter include the ads library?
No. On the current pricing page, Starter shows a cross next to Ads and Advertisers, zero monthly ad results, and no ad libraries. Starter is a store research plan: you can find and filter Shopify stores, open shop analytics, track two brands in Brandtracker and run five lookups a week. If you are buying TrendTrack to see the ads your competitors run, Starter will not do it, and the cheapest plan that will is Pro at $89 a month.
This is the single biggest reason people end up disappointed with the cheapest tier. Many review pages describe TrendTrack as an ad spy tool and then quote the Starter price, which is how a buyer ends up paying for a plan that has no ad search.
Is TrendTrack free?
Partly. Every plan button on the pricing page says "Start Now for Free", and TrendTrack's terms describe a free Lite plan that accounts land on when they have no paid subscription. TrendTrack also offers free standalone tools, such as a competitor ads finder and a Chrome extension, which give a taste of the data. None of that is the paid product. Unlimited ad search, the Meta, Google and TikTok libraries and the API all require Pro or above.
Does TrendTrack offer refunds?
Rarely. TrendTrack's terms say subscriptions are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases within 24 hours of a first-time purchase and only if justified. Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades or unused time. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 or 365 days, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancelling is self-serve from your account, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
In practice that means you should judge the free Lite plan and the free tools first, then start on monthly billing. Moving to annual after a month or two costs you one month of the discount; buying annual on day one and finding the data does not cover your niche costs you the whole year.
Which TrendTrack plan should you buy?
It depends on which of TrendTrack's four jobs you actually need.
- Product research and store validation only. Starter at $49 ($34 yearly) covers unlimited shop search, shop analytics and similar stores. It is a reasonable plan for a new dropshipper picking a niche who does not yet need to study ads.
- Ad research for your own store. Pro at $89 ($62 yearly) is the real starting point: unlimited ad results across three libraries, search by image, EU spend, ten tracked brands and API access.
- An agency or a team. Business at $159 ($111 yearly) adds unlimited advertiser research and lookups, twenty tracked brands and three seats. A fourth and fifth seat cost $29 each, so a five-person team lands at $217 a month on monthly billing.
- High-volume data or custom contracts. Enterprise is quoted by sales and adds unlimited users, a custom API contract and a dedicated account manager.
TrendTrack vs other ad spy tools on price
TrendTrack sits in the same price band as the other ecommerce-focused spy tools. The difference is what the entry price buys. These are the list prices on each vendor's own pricing page when we checked them.

Where TrendTrack fits and where AdEye fits
TrendTrack is built around stores. Its strength is connecting a Shopify shop to everything around it: traffic, products, emails, the Meta ads it runs and, on Pro, its presence in the Google and TikTok libraries. If you are a dropshipper or a DTC brand and the question is "which stores in my niche are growing and what are they selling", TrendTrack Pro answers it better than a pure ad spy tool. It also tells you things AdEye does not, such as estimated store traffic and EU spend.
AdEye is built around Google ads. You type any advertiser's domain, not only a Shopify store, and get every live ad Google's Ads Transparency Center shows for it across Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube, sorted by how long each ad has run. That run length is the signal that matters on Google, where nobody publishes spend for US campaigns. A brand that has kept the same Shopping ad or YouTube spot live for four months is funding it because it sells. Our Google Shopping ads spy tool page shows that workflow for product ads, and the ecommerce ad spy tool page covers the wider store owner use case.
Plenty of store owners use both: TrendTrack for niche and product research and Meta creative, AdEye for the Google half of a competitor's spend, which is often where the steady, profitable campaigns sit. When a rival store's real edge turns out to be its review count rather than its ads, the fix is on your own site, and a customer review software that sends post-purchase review requests does more for conversion than another month of ad research.
Is TrendTrack worth it?
TrendTrack Pro is worth it if you run or plan to run a Shopify store and need store data and ad creative in one place, and if you will use it weekly. At $62 a month billed yearly it costs less than one bad product test. It is not worth it on Starter if your goal is ad research, because Starter has no ads, and it is a weak fit if your competitors are not ecommerce stores at all: SaaS companies, local services and lead-generation advertisers live mostly on Google, which is what AdEye is built to read.
Does TrendTrack have an API?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Both include API and MCP access with 20,000 credits, and the rate limits differ: Pro allows 20 requests a second, 120 a minute, 1,200 an hour and 24,000 a day, while Business allows 40 a second, 250 a minute, 6,000 an hour and 50,000 a day. The MCP connection lets assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT pull stores, ads, advertisers and emails directly. Larger volumes need an Enterprise API contract.
Can you cancel TrendTrack anytime?
Yes. TrendTrack says there is no commitment and you cancel from your account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date or the next period is charged, and expect no refund for the time left on a quarterly or annual term. Your access runs to the end of the paid period.
If what you need right now is a rival's Google ads rather than its store data, run the domain through the search box at the top of this page. The one-time demo shows you the live ads before you pay anything, and plans start at $60 a month for 500 searches.
